To-rino - Varde

Well it all starts very well, we order 19 orders and the owner sounds ok to start with. but here the kindness also stops. I call in the morning and ask if I can add 3 dishes more of the same kind, and here he is already going out of his skin. I called 3 days before starting to make sure he could overlook as many dishes. When I order I am sitting with my own excel sheet with everything that needs to be ordered so I do not make mistakes. When we then come home after having picked up the food there was simply complete unorder. There were 3 4 dishes which were completely different and there were 3 dishes. I call, and he says it is my guilt and my problem and he had certainly not made mistakes. I get ordered it missing and he says that those who are wrong at all are not wrong it was exactly what I had ordered. It is not so. Anyways, we pick up the other dishes and he does not apologize, but just fucking sur. I call again because I have paid for 3 dishes too much how he doesn’t think, but I’m standing with 3 less dishes in front of me than I have paid for. He refuses and says I must come down the day after and look at the bill. but honestly I don’t want to drive 3rd time down to get up and discuss. Because I just knew that he would not give himself anyway. Under all criticism and the way he spoke to me is just not in order. It's not my fault he's busy and can't keep an overview. Sorry, and the food was not something to advise hurra for. got half hill oil half hill pasta..... never again.

We were on our annual family trip to Varde asmmer games and had ordered table at Pizzaria To-rino. We had to be for the summer game at 20 and had therefore ordered table for at 18.30 so there was good time to eat. We arrived in good time, had looked the menu map outside the pizzeria and ordered by a sweet nappie just as we enter the pizzaria. We get our drinks relatively fast but after 40 min we ask for the food and get a rather rude answer from one of the pizza bakers that they are busy but that the food is coming soon. After 50 min, most pizzas except one they say is “just on the stairs.” Now is time by being button and people eat wild quickly but the last pizza is still missing. 18.30, 1 hour after it was ordered the last pizza. When we cannot eat it on the Pizzaria, we must take it in a box and eat it under the show
