The staff and this place treat me more like family than I do a guest Mark and his crew are exceptional

Piolet flying J's in vandalia is a nice looking store at first glance. But after working there for a total of 90 days, I have to say this place is a joke. When I started we had a store manager that was about the store, the employees and the customers, but now with the new store manager he is all about acting like he is flying J himself, but really he is about chasing after his female employees and swinging his around for his power trip, but is all reality he is a . He allows his kitchen staff and subway staff use dirty pans, an not enforce hand washing. An as you see in the picture, that is a kitchen staff laying on the ground while on the clock enjoying a cigarette in the bushes we hope it was a cigarette). But I would never eat nothing from this location.

Great customer service, convenient and clean overall. Had a hair in my breakfast burrito...but other than that good experience.

Would give it zero star if i could. everyone that works there in the store is racist and they call the cops on truckers they harrasss the truckers about parking the cops are rude . the cops cruise the parking lot all night looking to give tickets and start problems. i'll never go to this truck stop to reset ever again . one of the worst pilots ever and also the pilot in boulder crest atlanta and baltimore. this vindalia ohio pilot os disrespectful as hell especially to truckers. They're pipes burst and there was no showers laundry hot or cold food or coffee available. and they still wanted us to pay $17 for parking and they had no accommodations for the truckers. The workers didn't even care that we where's stuck doing 34 hour reset with zero accommodations

Rude manger and unpleasant crowed parking also local companies took all the parking even when we paid for reserved parking. we told the manager and other store employees and they pretty much told us owell and to go somewhere else's
