Arby's - Vandalia

I live very close to this restaurant and every time I visit, I am disappointed. Today, I came for lunch and ordered a brisket sandwich meal with jalapeño poppers. Unfortunately, my fries were cold and hard, as if they had been left out for a long time. Additionally, the jalapeño poppers were undercooked, which was the most disappointing part of my meal.

The food at Arby's is consistently good and fresh. The service is fast, staff is friendly, and the restaurant is usually clean. This location is one of my favorites and I always enjoy getting a sandwich here when I'm in the area. Keep up the great work!

I had to wait for at least 5 minutes for them to prepare a fresh chicken sandwich, but unfortunately, I did not receive hot, fresh curly fries.

Fries sandwich cold! I don't know if I'm supposed to be offered to any fan. every arby’s I go to the pommes are cold. I can't have salt added to my pommes, please don't have salt and the pommes are still cold. I'll take her to my air frit to get her hot.

You guys always give great food, that's why I keep coming back. Don't know what happened today. Fish sandwiches... no sauce, a little lettuce , bun and fish. That's all! I know it's 2 for$6. Hope next time it's better. You guys work hard. ?
