+This place has a great cozy ambiance so it would be amazing for a date or a place to catch up and chat with a friend or two.+Good service and an easy to navigate QR menu.-The eggplant haloumi appy was a miss for me and needed more cheese, more pita, and more flavour.-We got roast lamb, lamb shank, and chicken with various sides as entrees and while everything was good nothing stood out as particularly flavourful or delicious. The cabbage rolls were nice but my spouse was disappointed by the mujaddharah.+Portions were a nice size and the food tasted healthy though.

Came here for a friends birthday on a Friday night so it was super busy. Luckily we made reservations. The appetizer sampler is a must if you don’t know what appetizer to get. The deep fried cauliflower was amazing! It was so flavourful and fried to perfection.Chicken skewers were moist and the cabbage roll was sooooooo good! I’m sad to admit I never had them before.My main was the steelhead trout with rice. Was it ever amazing. The fish was so moist and seasoned just right. The rice was with lentils and so yummy. My friend got the sea bass which was again moist and just melts in your mouth.

We had an awesome time here.We were just an average couple that came in for dinner and it was busy as hell but the owner made us feel special and valuable.We ordered too much food but that was because we wanted to sample everything. The food does live up to the hype that everyone says.We would definitely come back again

We’re staying nearby and got in a bit late and Tamam was one of the few places that closed a little later. We’re so happy we stopped by! There were groups of friends having a great dinner together everyone seemed so happy to be there. We ordered the falafel appetizer sampler, grape leaves, and fried sea bass with potatoes (for two people). It was a lot of food and we had to take some home. Everything was so flavorful and fresh! I usually don’t like fish with bones because I’m a baby but the dish was so delicious. The appetizer sampler had a little bit of everything that we could try and the pita was hot and fresh! Those were also the best grape leaves I ever had as well. The wait staff and owner were very friendly and warm. The party next to us said they lived in the neighborhood years ago and always comes back here. I wish all the success for this restaurant, thanks for making our first meal in Vancouver great!

100% the best falafel that I have ever had in the lower mainland so crispy and so light yet full of flavor. Their cauliflower and all the dips are delicious. The chicken skewers and the grilled chicken are both scrumptious as well. Service is really nice and efficient. Definitely a place that I will gladly come back to.
