Tried out a variety of items, but for the quality, quantity, and pricing, it’s just okay compared to what you can get elsewhere. The maki is smaller than other places and it just seemed like they tried to cut costs everywhere. The ginger they give is little and doesn’t taste very good, if you want extra do keep in mind that’s extra charge!House roll: variety of fish, not badChopped scallop: it’s okay, not really chopped though and does not have as fresh sweetnessSpicy tuna: very inconsistent sauce in each pieceI added in some of the menu for you to see!Atmosphere: smaller place so can’t fit too many people ~IG: Mishinnoms
Delicious and fresh! The chutoro and otoro were a real treat. The staff are friendly and the quail eggs were the perfect touch to our nigiri!
I almost don't want to review this place so it can stay a secret but happy to support them. Thrilled they have re-opened and are offering take out. This is the one of the best sushi places in Vancouver. The fish is incredibly fresh and high quality. Don't expect a lot of quantity here, this is the more traditional Japanese sushi and it's wonderful. The menu features special seafood such as uni and otoro. The Saba is my favourite. If you want to dine in, I recommend a reservation to avoid disappointment. The place is quite small and dining times are 1.5 hours.
Small menu, but really fresh fish. It's a small space, so you normally need to reserve a spot and tend to run out of spots well before closing. The portion sizes aren't big, but so flavorful. Definitely has a bit of a small authentic sushi restaurant in Japan vibe.
Out with a few friends after work for dinner. Booked reservations and given 2 hour seating. The place is very small only 3 tables of 4. Sign on door said closed because all seatings were booked! We had edamame beans, veg gyozas, assorted sushi, scallop roll, yellowtail tuna roll. All very delicious but portions are on the small side.
