Pho Don Vietnamese Restaurant

The premises were very clean, the staff were very courteous and helpful and the food was exceptional. The value was excellent.

First time for me having Vietnamese food so I don’t have a basis for comparison but from a foodie perspective the meal was very tasty! We started with a salad roll, which was exactly that, salad and shrimp rolled in a spring roll wrapper with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. It said there was ham in it but honestly I didn’t see or taste ham. For the meal I ordered Grilled Pork with Crispy Spring Roll on Vermicelli and my husband ordered Grilled Shrimp Pork on Vermicelli. Both meals were delicious and very filling. The restaurant was basic in decor but clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and our server gave me many recommendations when I couldn’t decide what to order. Everyone was very friendly, which was nice after a long day of travel. Overall, highly recommend Pho Don!

I was originally planning on eating at a different restaurant but it was closed and this was close by. I had the sauteed shrimp vegetables and it was excellent. Everything was fresh and was a colourful presentation. The service was good and the meal arrived quickly. The menu selection is extensive. I will definately return.

I ordered veggie pho and a salad roll and the salad roll had 2 vegetables. iceberg lettuce and bean sprouts... really disappointing and I won't be going there again.

I ordered salad rolls and spring rolls, and it took them at least 30 minutes to serve me the spring rolls and I continued to wait for the salad rolls. Eventually I told them to change the salad rolls into a take-out and I was still waiting for simple, easy to make salad rolls. I took the salad rolls back to my AirB&B and they were not good, and the peanut sauce not good either. Oh boy, if you can't make good salad rolls, you shouldn't be a Vietnamese restaurant.
