Eating in must be the way. Our last two pick up very disappounting. We have eaten in always happy. First take out lamb unable to chew and pita was hard as a rock. Second order not better. I will find a new Greek place in my area...
I called last night and a owner answered (Alex) and he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I asked for separate bills and I was told no, you can look at the itemized bill when it comes, could you put the persons name on box so we know who’s is who’s, NO open the box and you can see what pizza it is, can you give me a new menu as ours is old, NO, we don’t have paper menus, can you then give me the prices, NO you can figure it out when the bill comes. I told him I want to be able to have the cash ready when the driver comes so he gave me prices without tax but wasn’t happy about it. He was very nasty and he really didn’t care. Our bill came to $203.00 so this wasn’t cheap and then the tip. I must say our delivery lady was marvellous and very friendly. We looked after her but this is the last time. We have been ordering from this redo for over 12 years but not anymore. Thank you Alex
I ordered the chicken souvlaki and spanakopita dinner through Uber. They messed up my order and didn't send me any sides with the spanakopita. I wasn't too upset at that time and called the restaurant to tell them about thr missing sides.The person who helped me was friendly and offered to deliver the sides himself. I declined, thinking that he shouldn't drive all the way to my apartment just for some potatoes and rice pilaf.We compromised and agreed to include the sides for my next order. He told me that he'd leave a special note and mentioned for me to call the restaurant to explain the situation after my second order.I place my order several days later and called to explain. The person who picked up was also friendly, but told me that he couldn't offer me the sides. He said that he didn't know who I had talked to and to call Uber for compensation.Now I feel like I've been wronged twice from this place and canceled my second order, annoyed and disappointed.

I called the place to let them know what happened and the person who I talked to was very friendly and helpful. He offered to drive the sides to my apartment, to which I declined. I felt bad for them having to drive all that way just to deliver some roasted potatoes and rice pilaf. We made a compromise and decided that they'd make me the sides free of charge for my next order. He told me that he'd leave a special note for the others to know and that I should call to mention the situation. I placed a second order through Uber and called explaining everything. The person who answered was also friendly, but told me that he didn't know who I talked to and that they couldn't give me my sides. Apparently I had to call Uber to receive compensation for the mistake. I've been understanding throughout, but I've been wronged twice from this place. Disappointed and annoyed, I canceled my second order.
