Nook - Vancouver

This restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service! The location is always clean, spacious, and there is usually minimal wait time. We started with the chicken liver Crostini, which was bursting with flavor and incredibly tasty. I will definitely order it every time I come back! For our main course, we usually choose something from their daily specials menu. This time we had the pasta orchid with roasted corn and double smoked bacon, as well as a pizza with a tomato base, roasted garlic, red onion, and double smoked bacon. The pasta had a nice balance of flavors, and the pizza had a delightful smoky taste - my favorite dish of the night. Throughout our many visits, Nook has consistently impressed us with their food and service. We always leave feeling satisfied and happy, making it one of our favorite spots for enjoying delicious Italian cuisine.

The food was incredibly fresh and delicious! The portion sizes were just right - enough to leave you full and satisfied without being overwhelming. The flavors of all the ingredients really shined through. The sauces were especially delicious and flavorful. The dishes were well-prepared and presented beautifully.

I love coming to this restaurant for Italian food, especially before taking a walk to Kits Beach or enjoying takeout on the beach. The pastas are amazing and the pizzas are even better! The staff is very friendly and the service is quick.

I thought I'd great myself tonight and go all out on a delivery for dinner. Gnocchi, tiramisu and a cocktail to wash it down. I was greeted by tiny, and I mean tiny portions. I've been to enough high end restaurants to know that if you make a small portion, the flavour better be good. Sadly, not here. The picture is of the $11 tiramisu I got, with lip balm for comparison. I got a freaking corner piece with half the bottom missing even. Never ordering from Nook again. Disappointing from all angles.
