Good options and cheap sushi. not too much space to sit in the restaurant. I recommend it.

Come here often and Love the Service, GH is consistently creates an incredible experience every time we come. Which is often, because of him. Having been a Server and a Manager in the past, it’s rare to see staff go beyond expectations and provide such exceptional service. The food is great, and a good local spot for some yummy Sushi!!Will def be back!

I recently moved to LoLo and Mr. Sushi has been a go-to for quick and tasty sushi. Their gyoza is very good, and they have some creative rolls I've never seen before! Would definitely recommend :

Thought I share my recent experience at Mr. Sushi which unfortunately left me feeling disappointed and deceived. As a first-time customer to the restaurant, I had heard positive reviews and was excited to try.Having arrived in town, I decided to call and place an order for takeout instead of using DoorDash to help the restaurant avoid additional fees. When I received my bill, I was taken aback to discover that an automatic gratuity of 18% had been added without any prior notification. Unfortunately there was no indication or option provided for me to adjust or remove the added gratuity. I simply tapped to complete my payment, assuming that the amount reflected my total bill. It was only upon returning to my car that I realized I had been charged an additional $7 due to the hidden tip.I’ve never encountered this before at any restaurant. I used to work at a restaurant and it is extremely important to be transparent about any auto grats.I understand the importance of tipping for excellent service, especially in a dine-in setting. However, I believe it is crucial for customers to be informed and given the choice to leave a gratuity, particularly when ordering takeout!!!

I wasn’t sure what this place was going to be like. It looks unassuming from the outside however the quality and price of the sushi was perfect on my books. We had three specialty rolls and an ebi sunamono and it was all super delicious.This will be my new favourite sushi place in North Vancouver.
