Miku Vancouver

The service was okay, but the food was fantastic! We especially loved their specialty aburi flared mirror sushi so much that we ended up ordering it for lunch the next day. The restaurant is conveniently located near our hotel and has a beautiful setting.

This is hands down the best sushi I have ever had and one of the best meals I have ever experienced. I highly recommend trying the Miku Signature Selection to sample a variety of their offerings. But above all, do not miss the Aburi Oshi Salmon... it is truly outstanding. The service at this restaurant is exceptional, and you are sure to have a fantastic dining experience. I will without a doubt return when I am in Vancouver next year - this place is a must-visit for delicious food, especially sushi. A big thank you to Graham for his outstanding service and warm hospitality! I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Wow! Where do I even begin with this restaurant review? The location overlooking the harbor is absolutely amazing. It's easy to park with convenient underground parking right in front. We decided to sit by the sushi bar and highly recommend it - it's fascinating to watch the chefs prepare the rolls. AJ, an Israeli chef assistant, was incredibly kind and his craftsmanship in making the dishes was like a work of art. I'm not sure of his name, but he definitely deserves 5 stars. The food was out of this world! It was the best explosion of flavors I've ever experienced... And to top it all off, the service by ANDY was impeccable! He was the key to our fantastic dining experience, recommending outstanding dishes and being attentive to our needs all night. He struck the perfect balance of letting us enjoy our meal while also always being there when we needed him. 5 stars for the food, 5 stars for the service - I highly recommend this place!

I tried the Waterfront and Miku Kaiseki tasting menus and they were exceptional, some of the best food I've ever had. The wagyu beef is imported from Japan and is of top quality. Definitely worth the price.

I have been to Miku often and it never disappoints. The food is incredible, especially the aburi sushi, and the view of the North Shore Mountains is fantastic.
