Tamago Ramen was especially the Al denté noodles with perfectly cooked egg. Shoyu scarf was also great. Very recommended and for those who are hungry, 1.75 ramen refill never hurt.
Very decent rams, different tastes as ordinary pig broth; not as rich and salty as most other popular places. If you like easier taste, you must try it out! Half cooked egg is the best in town!!
After living and eating in many restaurants in Vancouver, I should say that this place is not the best, but one of the nice ones. There are so many great Japanese hubs and their are simply unique. It's not salty and the seaweed is good. Noodle is good and the broth is uniquely special. Serve is 5*.
Holy Schnikes met me with two of four, which was a delicious, beautiful bowl of ramen I just sworn here. The Aka Ramen with its divine creamy broth plus the perfectly boiled egg, it will not be better than that. The noodles, the lemon, it was deadly good. The staff is friendly, polite and friendly. No wonder there's most time here. In addition, an A-hole was simply embarrassed by the payment of .17 cents for a paper bag on its takeout. The staff handled it very well. Sweet little ramen spot with excellent broth and mix of toppings. Thin noodles here go really well with the hearty rich broth and makes for such a great meal. The service was also quick and friendly and offered us a basket for us to put our bags in.
