Przekaż informację zwrotnąI recently visited KFC with my friend and had an extremely disappointing experience. Our server, Amara, who was taking our order, was incredibly rude and unfriendly. This encounter completely ruined my mood and overshadowed what would have otherwise been a pleasant outing. I had initially looked forward to coming here, but Amara’s behavior left me feeling upset and frustrated. Such incidents significantly impact the overall customer experience and, unfortunately, made my day worse.
Will not accept digital coupons but when you go online the same coupons not available. Total rip
What's the point of having a manager when the manager would rather put their staff in the middle to relay messages from the back of the restaurant instead of talking to me. You might as well promote that staff to do your job. Ridiculous. And if customers are just an irrelevant number then soon you won't have a job anymore because I rather pay more for respect.

We ordered the buy one get one buckets of chicken and only received one bucket. We tried to contact KFC, the phone rang and hung up. SKIP THE DISHES said they would get backed to us. Haven't heard anything from them yet. It's been an hour. Don't knows whether this was KFC or SKIP THE DISHES error, but if you are ordering from this KFC or using SKIP THE DISHES, check your order closely because someone may be making a profit off your hunger.
