Karakoram - Vancouver

I was surprised to find this at the far end of Victoria Drive where Vietnamese cuisines rules. But boy, Krakakorem didn't pull any punches with the spices and chili ?!! It actually made me think I was on the wrong side of Fraser river for a bit. Sizzling hot oil and a sprinkle of masala for presentation would make it perfect but the taste still holds up as it was! Very good food!

Our experience at Karakoram restaurant was fantastic! The exceptional service really impressed us – we went there after a concert at 2AM and they still provided us with delicious food and outstanding customer service. Our server Reyhaneh/Rehana was incredibly welcoming and gave us top-notch service. The fact that they are open late is a major bonus. The only downside was that the interior and seating area could use some improvement. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

The taste was incredible and the overall experience was phenomenal. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Vancouver. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending dishes and the service was excellent. Just remember to leave your jacket in the car, as the smell of the delicious food can linger on it for a while.

One of the best restaurant in town if you wanna try genuine Pakistani continental food....so much varieties especially in karahi, and each one of those has its own amazing taste. Staff is really friendly. Its an amazing place to have a nice family dinner with your taste of choice.

Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered butter chicken and butter naan and it was the worst meal I have ever had. The naan bread was burnt and thick, and the food tasted spoiled. Shame on this restaurant for serving such low quality food.
