Great boba spot to hit for a wide variety of bubble tea flavours, toppings, as well as bubble waffles. the price is great and they have specials every week as well. the staff are also very friendly.

This family business is the most affordable bubble tea in the city and their menu is so wide! I always get the fresh fruit slush. I have recommended it to all my friends, and always choose this spot over big chains.

This is the real deal. OG bubble tea place I grew up with. Sure, it’s not all trendy inside but the BBT is bomb and that’s what you’re here for. Great dessert options with crepes and bubble waffles…. Weirdly inflation hasn’t hit this place cuz the prices are so good! $5.50 for large BBT?? What year is this?

Just ordered cappuccino ice cream cone. Came on waffle cone with the largest single scoop ever. All for $5.24. Should have taken a picture but best deal ever for ice cream cone as u would pay $7 for much smaller cone elsewhere
