Ginger Sushi - Vancouver

I have been here multiple times and each time have let them know I require gluten free and they have been accommodating. (I am Celiac but my symptoms are not severe enough to detect cross-contamination) They have many GF options marked on the menu which is rare for a sushi restaurant and everything is delicious. My go-to sushi spot in East Vancouver

I ordered from this restaurant off skip the dishes. I called ahead to say I was celiac and to ask if they could prepare my food safely. They assured me that they could and that there was no gluten in the rice vinegar. I called back after I placed my order to flag it as strict gluten free. They called me back shortly after to say an item I ordered contained gluten and they swapped it out with a GF item. I ate 3 cones and one role and felt very safe and did not get sick. I would order from them again!

It was delicious! Great prices, great quality of food, fast and friendly service and many vegetarian options. Definitely recommended for a lunch spot if you are on the drive!Vegetarian options: Lots of variety for vegetarians sushi rolls and lunch combos

Missed an opportunity a month ago. Today i did take out and got the chicken, spicy salmon, and Mexico rolls. Food was amazing in terms of taste and aestics. The 20 min drive will be worth it every time.

Been here many times, love this place: the sushi is good and fairly priced. the service is so friendly.i ordered from them the day i moved into my new apartment and when i picked up the order and mentioned that, they gave me 10% off!! as a “welcome to the neighborhood” kinda discount!! that was too sweet!
