Freshslice Pizza - Vancouver

I ordered on 29th sept 2023 around 7:40pm at this location.I don’t want to give any star.. worst service, I went there they told me 5 more minutes I wait there 15 minutes then the boy start making my pizza, basically they forgot to make my pizza, the girl making pizza was talking to some boy and she making wrong pizza.. I don’t know what kind of work is that my kids were hungry crying in the car

The shop lady was patient and helpful when solving the gift card problem.

Just did an event with about 250 individuals. Spoke with the owner, Sathya. She gave me recommendations and everything went smooth. Easy and convenient working with their team. Ordered around little less than 70 XL feature pizzas [not the classics, apparently they are cheap in price and quality] and must tell you every individual had atleast one pizza of their preference. A bit pricey, yet worth every dollar. Thanks, Sathya.

I went to the store at 3:45 AM, the guy at the shift shut the door in front of me and locked it. I knocked several times but he didn’t show up. ??????

The pizza at this restaurant is outstanding. The service provided by the friendly lady who served me was also excellent. While the location may be a bit questionable, the food here is the real star. Additionally, the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.
