Fatburger West Broadway - Vancouver

My wife called the restaurant at 3 o'clock to place an order for pick up at 5 o'clock. However, when I arrived after 5 o'clock, the order was not ready. Mary, a manager, told me to wait and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. She then rudely threw the chicken wings into the fryer. I asked why the order was not ready even though we had called 2 hours earlier. Mary's tone was high and she almost cried. She said they were too busy and didn't have time to start the order. She blamed me for the delay, even though it was her fault. Mary was extremely rude and her customer service was unprofessional. When I requested to speak to the owner, she refused and claimed the owner only comes in when he wants to. I asked her to stop cooking as I wanted to cancel the order. She agreed, but was very dismissive. This was not the first time we experienced such poor service at this restaurant. I thought she was just having a bad day the first time, but it seems like she is consistently rude. Other customers have also mentioned similar experiences in their reviews. Both Mary and the cashiers need customer service training before working with customers. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I will be warning my friends and colleagues to avoid this restaurant. Additionally, I found the prices to be significantly higher here compared to ordering the same items from a different location. I suggest double-checking prices if you do choose to dine here.

The service and food quality at this restaurant were excellent. Everything was freshly cooked and served hot to my table, which was a perfect way to enjoy a meal on a dreary day. The only downside was the small size of the restaurant, which made it difficult to find a place to sit and eat. Despite that, overall it was an amazing experience.

I ordered the house special 1/3 pound Hamburger and I remembered that I couldn't finish the burger before because of the huge size. To my surprise the burger I got now is half the size ?. It shrank and eating one wasn't enough. I don't think I'll be back.
