I also enjoyed the cactus salad and the maisbrot. the maisbrot is a bit more like my family recipe that is something on the sweeter side, and delicious.
I have only ordered through online delivery of food, never been there in person, but when it comes to the Carnitas (pork meat mexican style), those are delicious. But I also ordered as advertised online, Al Pastor And received a frozen bag. It says there frozen ready to eat. But it wasn't like that. I had to cook it. It would be best to send it ready and cooked when we order take out. That's why we order. I hope you include the prepararion of it.But for now, if you cook it after you defrost it, leave it between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on if medium or slow cook. I suggest medium first like any steak and the last 5 minutes slow as long as it doesn't lose the juice.
Give these guys a try 100%. Best tacos I’ve had in a long time. The pork is delicious, but the toppings are amazing too. There’s definitely attention to detail with seasoning their toppings... the guacamole, green salsa, and pico de gallo are all really tasty. To the Carnitas El Rolys team, you’ve put together an amazing meal.
