Bibo Pizza Al Taglio - Vancouver

I stopped by Bibo for a quick meal before heading to a show.

They serve pizza by the square (instead of slice) Just check out what they have ready I had the prosciutto.

Overpriced Decent pizza but way over priced for the area and what you get.

This restaurant is a new addition to Olympic Village. Street parking is usually available, making it convenient for both drop-ins and residents in the neighborhood. As someone who frequents Italy, I am accustomed to enjoying high-quality pizza by the slice. This restaurant offers delicious pizza with a beautiful crust and top-notch toppings, unlike the typical cheap $1 slices. My personal favorite is the custom-made sandwich, made with Focaccia bread and heated in the oven.

I recently visited this restaurant for a casual lunch and was pleasantly surprised to discover authentic Italian-style pizza. I tried the diavola and margherita slices, and both were delicious. The fresh ingredients made for a very flavorful and easily digestible meal. It felt like I found a slice of Italy in Vancouver. I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place.
