We made the reservation but the restaurant was closed, we tried to call but no one pick up the phone. Open Tables should pay attention on this kind of merchant as we wasted time to get there but no food to eat!
Service was great but the food needs improvement. Tortellini was grainy, risotto was mushy, braised short ribs was not was expected…
Reservation at 7:30, it took 90 minutes to get our food. Appys were delivered 15 mins before the mains. We were told that the takeout side of the business was busy. Server was overwhelmed and barely checked on us. We felt bad for him but it was very slow service. We took out food to go since we had waited so long to that we lost our appetite. Food was large portions but I should have listened to prior reviews. Would not recommend.
Love the food here! They were short staffed but the service was still great under the circstances. Great food value! Also: free garlic bread with every meal!
