Bay Sushi Cafe Express - Vancouver

I have discovered a new favorite sushi restaurant in downtown. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating with substitutions. Their dynamite roll is the best I have ever tried.

Delicious little place. I dont know about other people i like this place...!!!price seems to be ok,, service seems to be ok, picture do say thousands words but what i had for lunch, amazing!!!!

Good sushi compare to someothers. I come here often. I work few blocks down the street, and i have tight lunch schedule...sometimes i line up for a bit but usually they are the bestat what they do.... i have seen worse....keep up the good works guys...

During my visits for lunch, I noticed that there is always a long line to place an order, but the food is served quickly. I visited this restaurant for the second time, with my first visit being around 5 years ago. I ordered 2 dynamite rolls and was impressed by their size. The first roll had cold prawn tempura while the second had a fresh, hot one. I wished for more consistency as I preferred the fresh hot tempura. I also tried the mango roll which was delicious and extremely fresh. I plan to return to try more dishes when I am in the area again.
