Przekaż informację zwrotnąI went to this restaurant this morning and was disappointed by the slow service from the girl at the front. It took nearly 10 minutes for me to place my order. The customer service was poor and I will not be returning again.
Secondly, I decided to try the breakfast sandwich from A&W again, but this time I avoided the one on a bun due to a previous experience with too much mayonnaise or some other greasy substance. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received was quite disappointing at first glance. The English muffin was not toasted, giving it a pasty texture when eating. Additionally, there was margarine on it, making it even greasier. To make matters worse, the sandwich came in a bag without me being asked if I needed one, resulting in unnecessary waste. Overall, the experience left me questioning why it's so difficult for a Canadian company to make a decent breakfast sandwich, especially when McDonald's has been doing it successfully since the 60's.
Despite the sweltering heat during my last visit, the customer service at this restaurant is excellent!
I was more than enthusiastic to try some quintessential Canadian Take-out. Eager, me and my girlfriend were instantly met with uninterested and unhelpful service, the menu and meal deals being vague, the questions we asked were met with grunts and unhelpful remarks, the original cashier walked off on us before being replaced by another who wasn't much better. The overall order was wrong and the quality, lacklustre. We’ve had more affable interactions at McDonalds. The only thing worthy of consuming was the radioactive dip.
Overall cleaning on tables not done . Quality of food has gone downhill. Cook chicken strips in sandwich grill , under cooked, fries undercooked and soft . Definately not the best location for quality on food for A
