I had a bit of a hiccup with my DoorDash order for boneless wings; the night crew mistakenly processed my order as if I wanted bone-in wings. When I received my order, it wasn't what I expected. However, when I called to address the issue, they were incredibly helpful and acknowledged the mistake. I went back to the restaurant, and the night team was very friendly—they prepared my order fresh, hot, and corrected to my specifications. To my surprise, they didn't just fix my original order of eight wings, but they actually gave me a larger portion, which really brightened my night. After a tough week, their kindness and quality service truly made a difference. Great job to the team!

This afternoon, we ordered wings and fries for delivery. They arrived piping hot, and the wings were beautifully arranged and kept separate. Not to mention how delicious they were! A big shoutout to whoever worked this afternoon—you did an amazing job!

I have ordered many paintings from this place, and my orders have always been fulfilled perfectly. I believe most of the negative reviews come from people who nitpick over trivial issues, like not receiving napkins, and end up giving 1 star for something insignificant. I would definitely recommend this location!

I have to say. in the rule is wingstop great, it is our approach if we want wings! but tonight was very disappointing. we ordered two 8-part classic wings meal times; I got mild sauce, and my man got louisiana rub. what we got instead was the note on a hauch of taste wings, ingreased. there were NO sauce on my, and my man's were so lightly seasoned that even my dose 't were treated with mild salsa flavor 't pick up a lot of taste. I really hope this is not the new norm, but I cannot say I am eager to go back.

Called to place an order for pickup was told I couldn’t do hot lemon for pickup so I did delivery get my order and still had no hot lemon I call them and Dakota decides to tell me what he “ SPECIFICALLY “ did when I’m literally looking at my food. Only leaving this because he instead of apologizing he decided to tell me what he specifically did as if I wasn’t looking at it it’s not a sprinkle in sight. Call it petty but customer service is everything.
