I was so excited to eat my burger, but they come to find out that they have messed up. it should be a simple plain burger. I'm not sure why everything took so long, but I'm so disappointed.
This trip was disappointing. I ordered 3 small frosties. When the young girl came to the window, she handed me 2, and apologized for the lids that were too big. No worries. I then asked where the 3rd frostie was. She said that was all they had, and was closing the window. I spoke up to state the obvious.. Since I already paid for 3, could you please give me the 3rd one with the strawberry flavor? She was annoyed, and returned with that in a cup the size of shot glass, and wished me a good day.. Uuuh? I 'was ' having a good day before this happened.. Not happy..
May be better!Customer service skills are low. We were inside to buy snacks and it took 10 minutes to get staff attention to be served, without any other clients inside.Staff should pay more attention to customers and be more welcoming!Thanks
This is the first time I had ever been greeted with such joy and happiness from any Wendys. Typically I hear people sound so unhappy and discouraged to even be working there, however this girl at the first window was so nice and the best part was her hair. She had the blue ribbons and red hair to match the Wendys girl logo. Was just so awesome.
Manager is a Stupid ginger **** on a power trip She should learn her place and now she's just a manager at Wendy's nothing more
