I waited for 40 minutes on 10 burritos, 2 nachories and 2 quesadillas. seeing a hired person on her handy while she was eating was also ridiculous. there were many customers where orders lasted much longer than they should have. my job was right, but I just think that a coworker who started early for her shift. the only worker who was proud of her work.
I got some completely black burnt meat in my Beefy Melt Burrito I don't even know if it was meat. it was just a big soggy burnt peace of food. It completely ruined my trust in ordering that again. It hurts because I loved it so much. I have a hard time ordering my favorite taco's from here now. Please try any pay attention to food that's used.I understand employees are encouraged to work fast and don't care about little stuff. I just ask management to stop encouraging quantity over quality! let the employees work in a calm focused manner!I do want to say thanks for understanding that Can I have some nacho cheese sauce means (On the side) and not inside the taco. Others in Wilsonville OR seem to not understand that simple detail.Also, this location NEEDS more employees! seems there are always long lines.
Waited forever to get my order, I had missing items. when I ordered cheesy potatoes I was expecting something a little more than some burnt potatoes, and less than a spoon full of cheese. look at this and tell me it's appetizing to you
Kind of slow service, the food is good but they are often out of the limited edition items which is a bummer. But it was all made up by the taco bell dog visiting the branch. ?
I can't count how many times I've stopped by here. Sometimes they mess up the order but they are always willing to fix it. And the people that worked the graveyard shift which is when I usually stop by after 11:00 at night are always very kind and well receiving. Customer service is generally some of the best I've ever gotten at a fast food restaurant.
