Taco Bell - Vancouver

For my last year of making deliveries; this location continues to ignore the lobby despite full staffing. Every visit is more ridiculous than the last.

This Taco Bell is the slowest one I have ever visited. There needs to be significant managerial changes made here. Blaming everything on the lower level employees is not acceptable.

I would give zero stars if I could. The woman who claims to be the manager is extremely rude. She did not use the proper greeting when I placed my order in the drive-thru, and then she started coughing in the middle of my order. I chose not to eat at Taco Bell because I found her behavior to be completely unprofessional. I also plan to report this incident to the health department, as it is concerning that the manager is coughing without covering her mouth. Additionally, I am surprised that the manager does not have her boss's contact information.

HEADS UP: THEY CLOSE AT 4:00AM. The lady who helped clarify was as nice as I could hope anyone would be at 4:21 in the morning. Uber Eats made it appear they were open and I was supposed to pick up orders. She explained they were closed. Whoever can change the hours on Google please do because that poor lady has had to turn away about 10 customers in the last 20 minutes.

I dropped my food because I am on crutches, but the staff quickly came to my aid and put it in a new bag that was easier for me to carry.
