Starbucks - Vancouver

We had a large order and ended up with several wrong order and extra hot cocos for the kids 3 adults and 4 kids and 2 adult drinks were wrong and ended up with 2 extra kids drinks. They were so busy I didn't ask them to fix it because they said It would be awhile.

Absolutely the best hands down customer service... Woke up this morning, with less than the adequate amount of magic beans to produce the starting fluid needed to get rumbling. Staggered to the drive thru and employees were prepared to throw the gloves on and knock the sleep out of me you all killed it this morning.

Very good store but often closes early while the app says it's still open. Most recently I tried to redeem my free birthday drink but the store was closed when I got there so I could not redeem it or use it at a different store : thanks.... :
