Fantastic restaurant in vancouver. great for lunch or dinner.
Awesome! I'd never seen a pig being broken down before (I was seated at the kitchen counter)
I had the ling cod with mushrooms, gnocchi and root vegetables, the escarole, brown butter quince, black lime crème fraîche and coffee walnut crumble salad. Then probably my favourite food moment of recent memory was when the server suggested the burnt and smoked honey, sparkling wine sorbet, aged cheese and fermented pear dessert, stating it 's kinda weird, I think you 'll like it. She wasn 't wrong. All three dishes were incredible and cost a total of $35. I 'll definitely go back next time I 'm in Vancouver.
Took out of town guests for lunch, and we were so impressed. We had the three course lunch menu with amazing onion soup, salad with lemon granola ! , ling cod with yummy sides, pork, and montreal smoked meat sandwich everything was yummy. The desserts were unique and had hints of savoury flavours in with the sweet rhubarb, lemon grass, ginger. Will totally be back to taste their other offerings!
