Osteria Savio Volpe - Vancouver

The $79/person set menu with 5 curses, spent about 2 hours. without knowing what I would get, it was kind of exciting. the eating overall is good, I would not say it is authentic Italian cuisine, but it is more like fusion food. service is quite good and efficient.

One of the best chef's table experiences in the city. Amazing food, great portions and great service.

Six people in a booth is too many and not where a reservation made months in advance should be placed. There was insufficient room for the plates and glasses and every time a plate arrived my own plate was nearly shuffled into my lap. The cocktails barely arrived before the food started to come out, too quickly. The food was delicious and the service great, but if I’m going to spend that much for an evening, there should be space sufficient for the number of people and the food service should be less aggressive.

We were here for our anniversary and did the 'Alla famiglia ' menu. Service was impeccable, the food was amazing and we left stuffed. It was one of our best dining experiences.
