Joe Brown's Cafe - Vancouver

I ordered the Bacon Pepperjack cheeseburger and chips, and it was amazing! The place was busy, but it had a great vibe and a cool atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, they didn’t miss a beat. I will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu. This is a restaurant where you can bring your kids to experience a vintage mom-and-pop diner. The waitress told me it has been locally owned for 90 years! I would call it a hidden gem, but it seems like the locals in Vancouver already know it’s a great spot to eat, whether you’re dining alone or with company. Just a heads up, make sure to bring change for the parking. That’s my only complaint, but it’s more of a city issue than a problem with Joe Brown’s. I found that $2.00 in quarters for just over an hour of parking was more than enough, as they serve food quickly without compromising the quality of a great burger.

Try the Texas Omelet and the pancakes! The omelet was cooked to perfection, the hash browns were crispy, and the pancakes were sweet, buttery, and incredibly fluffy!

Absolutely the best breakfast in Vancouver. The omelets are delicious.

Good food and great atmosphere. Perfect place to sit and catch up with a long-lost friend or family member. If I am ever out this way again, will 100% be back. Ate here twice in one weeks.
