Burgerville - Vancouver

At this Burgerville, if you ask for a DRY burger, you'll simply receive a PLAIN burger. While other Burgerville locations understand that "DRY" means no sauces and "PLAIN" means just the burger, cheese, and bun, it seems that some locations are not on the same page. Unfortunately, this particular location interpreted my request for a DRY burger as a request for a PLAIN one.

The Southeast Mill Plain location is a convenient stop just off I-205, making it easy to get back onto the highway. The store is clean, and the staff is very helpful. My pre-ordered food was hot and ready for pickup.

Is this the best burger in the world? No, but it's my go-to comfort food whenever I visit home. I ordered a simple burger with extra spread and fries. The fries were incredibly hot, and the burger tasted just as I remembered. It’s definitely a Northwest classic!

This Location is lacking in all departments big time. Food was terrible, drive through service was equally bad. Had to go inside to fix my order and the manager on Duty was borderline rude and unfriendly. Poor communication between her and the person training at the window lead to my order being wrong. Strawberry lemonade barely had any ice so it was warm and whoever made it put WAY too many strawberry chunks in it, it was disgusting. Burger was missing ingredients and tasted and looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp. I thought they made everything to order? Maybe not. Will never come back to this location again.

Burgers are small meat is slim. The onion rings were burnt, but it was not like the picture was posted..
