I've ever only dreamed of staying at a place like this, with its old world charm and sophistication.
For me no trip to the Blue Mountains (which you really should take the time to explore) is complete without a trip to Champagne Charlie's the public bar
The Carrington Hotel is an awesome place for a romantic weekend away! My partner and I spend a night there in March and it was a great stay.
