The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. From the waitress to the owner just sitting there staring at you while you eat, it seems like there is room for improvement in the overall service.

The quality of the pupusas has been decreased. They used to be delicious, but now they are not as good.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times for their pupusas, which were enjoyable. Today, I tried the chicken and beef soup, which were both delicious. Even my mom, who is particular about Hispanic food from restaurants, said it was tasty and the portions were large. We also tried the salpicon, which was good but could use more lime - thankfully, they provided extra on the side. The service was fantastic, despite what other reviews may say (some people are just too sensitive). I will definitely be returning as a customer. Thank you, La Carreta!
