Hacienda Zorita Wine - Valverdon

The rooms are beautiful and the bed is huge! It has a rustic style that fits with the entire environment of the building and does nothing but add up. The bathroom is spacious, like the rest of the room, and is very complete. The staff a 10 and the food another 10. I can't think of anything I didn't like. To make a constructive suggestion, it only occurs to me that there was a lack of light in the bathroom to put on make-up (since it is a farm where weddings are held, I think it is something that would add value) Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet

We have celebrated our wedding the last weekend of July. We couldn't have chosen a better place! We are happy with the result, everything went perfect. The entire Hacienda Zorita team was 10, to highlight the treatment and the work of Marta Garcia, very close and decisive from the first moment, she made us feel at home. No accesible para todos pero ideal para un capricho. Sin duda un paraíso en el centro de Salamanca.

Un lugar maravilloso a cinco minutos de Salamanca. No deja de sorprendernos siempre que vamos. Esta vez disfrutamos en familia del Show Cooking Tapas con el jefe de cocina de Zorita: tres tapas riquísimas maridadas con distintos vinos. Experiencia recomendable con un equipo excelente. Experienced high-end traveler here. Overall, a nice hotel but not quite operating at the 5 star level. Very mixed experience: not the worst, but definitely not 5 star. In fact, I've stayed at 4 star hotels where the overall level was better than Zorita. The hotel is 20 mins drive from Salamanca city center and the dinner at the hotel restaurant is very average (risotto was overcooked, steak was not seasoned or cooked properly, etc. . If you don't buy the overpriced wine at the start, the maitre d' is rude and insulting. Breakfast, however, is good. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are nice, but there were issues as well: wifi signal was terrible to the point of not working at all (had to make use of phone hotspot for any internet at all , the buttons on the room phone didn't work (so had to go upstairs to call for room service , housekeeping is not very good, details that show the level of consistency you expect from. The front desk people were very nice and welcoming. Recommend you check other high-end hotel options in the area. This is really not a 5 star hotel and I'm sorry to say that because it could be so much more than it currently is, with the right management. Service: 1
