Firehouse Subs Bloomingdale - Valrico

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. We've had various poor experiences but this one tops them all they promised a credit for a previous order and I even had the receipt and the manager had our name on file, supposedly, but they wouldn't honor it. Place is usually filled with a bad smelling smoke and they are extremely slow. Not worth the money or time.

The staff here is great! I frequent here quite often because I?m addicted to their philly cheesesteak. Ms. Bonnie and Matt are THE BEST- they?re always friendly and super helpful, there have been plenty of days that I came in feeling kind of down and just with their smile and genuine conversation I leave uplifted. Definitely try this firehouse if you?ve never been you?ll leave full and happy!

I was on my free birthday. The staff were unmanned and were too busy to watch the cartoons they had on TV. Not even I was asked what I wanted on my sandwich, he called my name when he was done. Yes, it was free that I could have gone to another, but any other place you go to ask her what you want on the sandwich before it repairs. I could have been allergic to something they did there.

I want to tell you how much I appreciate Travonda! She went beyond and beyond today for me and my family. I couldn't come in and eat my family and I. When I called her, she was more than happy to get me in the car. I called up because it was STORMING! She answered and called me with name and asked if I was here, I explained I was out about 10 minutes and offered to cancel so that she would not have to come out. She didn't say anything. See you. When I arrived, she came out with a smile! Thanks to TRAVONDA!!!

They did great. I have had such a series of bad experiences at the Firehouse on Brandon Blvd, I was very pleased to find a firehouse that actually does it?s job well. Thank you!
