Les Escargots De L'enclave - Valréas

Every year I buy my snails to cook at this very good address, they are excellent, I buy them on the stands, this year at the Christmas market in Valréas, I go there on purpose. I also bought the crumbs to fill, fabulous! I strongly advise! Enjoy!

It is very interesting to visit, because they have a very welcoming team that explains very well the snails breeding, the team offers tastings and summer evenings, dishes with recipes to do at home. Good tasting! CLaudia Richerenches

A family business where we met the mom at the Nyons market... she explained that they were doing tapas evenings some days of July/August and we went there the same evening. Simple and friendly welcome, excellent Belgian and French beers (there is also wine) and we have tasted the products of the house, for our part the snails in all their forms but there are also trays of charcuterie/cheese and terrines.We have even been entitled to the visit of the son's breeding, in charge of this activity, very interesting ! Don't expect the overloaded and noisy tapas bar, here you're in the middle of the countryside, quiet...a good, atypical and very friendly evening: thank you!
