White Castle - Valparaiso

This restaurant's quality has drastically declined from 4 stars to 1 in recent years. Unlike other fast food establishments in the area, it has not fared well during the pandemic. We attempted to pick up a prepaid order around noon, only to find the entrance closed until 6pm. Despite the lobby supposedly opening at 9am, it seemed that there were not enough staff members present. When I called to inform them about my prepaid order and requested to pick it up in the lobby, I was informed that it was not ready and directed to the drive-thru, where I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. The customer service was terrible, so I would advise skipping this place if you see the lobby closed as it indicates long wait times for food that should be quick to make.

I do not believe this restaurant deserves any stars. I was utterly disgusted when I found a hair in my drink and almost choked on an onion (which I am severely allergic to). When I tried to complain about the issue, the staff member, Santana, rudely kicked me out and refused to give me a refund. I am completely appalled, disappointed, and appalled by the lack of care from the person I spoke to. I will not be returning to this establishment and will be sure to inform others about my negative experience.

We were the only ones there and experienced a long wait for our sliders. We ordered 8 cheese sliders and found that the 4 on the bottom of the bag were cold.

Always good, it's white castle. Drive thru, fast accurate, cheap, filling. They never fail to make my drive with a smile. Been going to this place when ever i drive through there since 1996. And know the workers have changed several times.. bur always wonderful. I can only imagine some management person has been there the whole time because this place is reliable awesome for years.
