Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Valparaiso

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, they didn't deliver. I ordered five pieces of chicken tenders along with a few sauces, and even though I paid for everything, when I got my bag of food and went to eat, I realized there were no sauces included. Ten minutes later, I went back to the counter and mentioned the missing sauces. The staff member recognized my order, but I pointed out that I now had cold chicken. She eventually gave me the sauces, but by then, my experience was already disappointing.

I placed an online order and picked it up easily. The fried chicken was fresh and absolutely delicious. The coleslaw was also a tasty addition. Next time, I need to try something different with my order. They have a drive-thru option available as well as online ordering. There are special offers for those who register on their app or create an online account, which is really easy to use. I definitely recommend giving this place a try, whether you're in the mood for mild or spicy dishes!

My husband loves this restaurant! It's their special Friday evening dinner spot while I'm at work. There was one time when he ordered all white meat in the drive-thru, but they accidentally mixed it. (Yes, he can be a bit picky.) The staff were incredibly apologetic and made him a completely new meal with just white meat. This really made his night and helped restore his faith in humanity after a tough workweek. Thank you for making him happy and providing a great place for a fun night out!

Very good experience. eating at popeyes is really good. huh was great and I liked the red beans and rice. good service and the restaurant was very clean. my first time in this restaurant and I will be back.

Arrived to pick up online order and doors were locked. That was at 7pm. When the sign says open till 9pm. Had to go to drive thru which had 12 cars in line. Yes I counted them. Unacceptable.Then the order wrong. Food missing. Wont be going back again.
