Papa John's Pizza - Valparaiso

Order online at 4:30 a.m. and got an estimate of 40 minutes. after 2 hours I finally tried to cancel the order. After I stopped for 15 minutes, I finally gave up. the pizza shows 2.5 hours after ordering, cold. unfortunately this is not my first time with this experience for this location.

As usual I love this place but this time pizza was 30mins late and when I called got an rudely hired everything I wanted to know was if my pizza had left yet so that is ground for 1 star and also pizza was warm not even hot if would call again but they probaly don’t care

I placed a order online with the new call center that they have now. Well I went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready and they didn’t have a order for me. Come to find out it was under a different name and phone number. So they said I would have to reorder my food and wait for it. And also the call center have people answering the phones that you can’t even understand. So I will not be ordering from here anymore.

As expected 2nd visit to this location very pleased clean store and great staff

Pizza done on time. Always tasty. Well done for being short staffed.
