Long John Silver's - Valparaiso

It has been for two years since I was with this long john silver’s, because I didn’t like the service, nor the way that food was presented to me at that time. I decided to go on and give it a try because I wanted to try that grilled garnel and lo and to see that the garnels were so small it was ridiculous the rice was so gooey without taste and cold. I asked for cocktail sauce twice in the window they asked me to pull me and wait for my meal when he brought me my meal, there were no serviettes, no forks, no cocktail sauce. I will not return to this long john silver’s it is completely ridiculous

I walked in to order two people working the lady at the window n the cook. I waited 15 minutes to get waited on then the cook had some yellow sleeves cut off on around his wrist n was cooking food touching everything never washing his hands n those sleeves was all in the food he was preparing. My food was not good at all. For $10.35 I should have been satisfied. Very bad customer service n I wouldn't recommend this place to no one.

On my last occasions the service wasn't the greatest. People have bad days and mistakes happen. If I ran this business I'd take this opportunity to improve things a bit.

Went to the drive thru. Ordered just under 30$ worth of food. Got to the window and they would not accept a 50$ bill, which was all I had. I could understand if i only was spending 10$, but i spent over half of the bill.. Went across town to King Gyros, spent about the same amount and they happily took my money.

Just work down the street. Great for lunch on a busy day. Everything was hot and tasted good.
