Hungry Howie's Pizza - Valparaiso

I am highly dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered extra toppings on my broth sticks and they were extremely dry, making me feel like I wasted my money. I am very disappointed.

I have been ordering from the Valparaiso location for 5 years and have never had any complaints about the food or service. However, tonight when I called, I was informed that they are no longer delivering to my area. The person on the phone mentioned that they sometimes take orders on slow nights, but not on busy nights like Saturdays. I expressed my confusion as I have been receiving deliveries from this place for 5 years, but the employee seemed indifferent. It is disappointing that I will no longer be able to enjoy my favorite pizza from this restaurant due to this change in policy.

Dashers Beware, They wont provide the order unless you have an after-market non-doordash bag. Waste of time.(Reply to what they said) Door-dash doesn’t not send us “Pizza bag dash bags”. You should let door-dash know about your policy with turning dashers away because the dashers bag is not up to “your” standards. Have never had an issue in my 4 years of dashing.

I had a great experience at this restaurant - they made my pizza exactly the way I wanted it. I would give them five stars.
