Four Fathers Brewing Llc - Valparaiso

Pretty good brewery right outside Valparaiso. The beers were pretty good. They had a pretty nice pinball arcade.

I dropped by for just a short visit on a Friday night, but the staff was attentive and friendly and the place was quite lively. They had some nice live music going, and they also had a beer engine for serving cask beer. I tried their Juicebox Quaker from the cask and it was juicy and smooth. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in Valparaiso.

Great place, good selection, beautiful body of beers but all beers tasted flat, lacking carbonation. I think they had a bad batch of beer and we were left very disappointed. I'd give it another try but was disappointed by such an amateur mistake.

Fantastic Place. Great beer, great staff, great atmosphere. I recommend Four Fathers to anyone who will listen. As an example, today, June 15, 2023, I see they have their No-Knead Cherry Sour on draft... I love that unique, delicious brew and if I didn't have to work all day, I'd go get a few crowlers of it!
