Fluid Coffeebar - Valparaiso

Update. fluid now has 4 standorte! two in valparaiso, one in michigan city and one in crown point. Apart from smoked salmon offered on a bagel, the menu here is completely vegetarian with vegan options. look at this! 8-28-2016: Love this place! the people who work here create the best mood for this coffee house. beautiful sitting area in the free front. tables inside and cool cuddly chairs in the back. art works on the walls and the common billboard back. no soy milk, mand milk is here the non-dairy option. awesome creative espresso drinks with dingen like cayenne pfeffer. drinks with local theme names. light food like sandwiches, granola yogurt, hummus. my only complain is that this place is more oriented towards vegetarian, with not so many vegan options. as it would be great to always have a vegan bakery selection (also a packed cookie when u came in or have them holding a container of vegan yogurt in the back so vegan can order the granola yogurt (u can only with mandelmilch tho overall, fluid is awesome very recommended. updated from previous review on 2016-08-28

This place has my absolutely favorite coffee on the earth. her “being” is excellent. only enough milk and agave for a great taste. excellent. great mood also there they update the menu regularly. in the rule have at least one vegan food item on the menu. charge 1.50 for hafermehl substitute

This place has the right amount of city vibe but has a family medium west soul. eat and coffee. music.

From yesterday evening during the holly days stopped, took some great vegan bakery articles from lelulo’s, gifts from pop-up artists and they made the voodoo latte vegan! very courteous to veganize everything on the menu, check them out!

I come to Fluid whenever I come to Valpo. I love the employees, the coffee, the food, and the atmosphere. It’s a wonderful place to relax, enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea, have a snack and meet new people. I highly recommend Fluid
