Kaiseki Japanese Cuisine

I received the wrong lunch special and only received one of the two orders I requested to go. When I called to address the issue, the staff claimed I had only been charged for one order, which did not resolve the mistake. The food was decent, but the service was lacking in quality and would be deemed unacceptable in Japan. Despite wanting to return, my previous experience will prevent me from doing so.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. The service is attentive and the atmosphere is small, yet private and comfortable.
