The second time around we were able to get breakfast, and the French toast was good, but my sandwich that was supposed tohave bacon on it had a cold piece of lunch meat ham on it instead. Cold meat inside a lukewarm sandwich. Won't be going back.
Something is really wrong there. First off its really dirty inside. Tables were dirty, smeared ketsup on the table. No napkins available for customers. Just the over all feel inside feels very dirty. There was one young girl working both the drive thruand the counter register. I only saw ONE cook in the back. They've gone thru so many employees within the last month it'sinsane. This only points to BAD MANAGEMENT. I think the health dept needs to be called, there's no hand soap in the restroom,and no hand sanitizer for customers by the counter! This is no reflection on the staff that worked yesterday... Thank you forcoming to work. This is bad management. Their supervisor needs to be called in.
Man said ?no it will take to long to cook? on a Sunday at 5pm when they don?t close for hours?.it was 2 cookies at that???????????????
First time I had a bad experience at this Burger King. The fish sandwich was way overcooked and the bun was stale as hell. Sorry guys but this time you only get one star.
This BK is horrible now customer service is horrible. But when I saw how the night Manger handled issues. Made sense why the customer service sucks. Mangers must set the example for good customer service! BK used to be friendly and helpful now theyrush you thru screw up your order and say it's your fault..
