Kj Chinese - Valley Center

It was a rather unusual experience. Fortunately, we were able to proceed and find a seat. An older Asian man approached us briefly and then walked away. As he made his way down the corridor to the restaurant, he glanced back at us, seemingly puzzled as to why we didn't follow him. My companion and I exchanged bewildered looks, wondering why he hadn’t said anything about seating us. He then placed a few menus and some cutlery on our table without uttering a word. When the server finally came to take our order, I tried to lighten the mood with a joke, but received no human response in return. The food itself was decent, but the prices were outrageous for the quality offered. This restaurant really needs to reevaluate its service, as good food alone won't be enough to sustain the business.

The service was awful. We used to receive prompt attention, but our server ignored us and prioritized several tables that arrived after us before finally taking our order. While the food arrived quickly, it lacked flavor, requiring us to drown our dishes in soy sauce and Sriracha. Good luck getting the server's attention once the food is served; we didn't receive any drink refills and had to wait 20 minutes after requesting our check. Save your money and opt for Panda Express instead.

The service was very slow; several tables that were seated after us received their food before we did. My friend wanted a small bowl of soup, but the only option available was a $24 soup. As a result, my friend decided not to order it and waited to choose something else instead.

I'm so disappointed because I really enjoy the delicious food here. I am here several times and every time I see my tongue or ignore the terrible service I receive. Today I actually went out after waiting for over 40 minutes. They sat in a booth and kept us over and over again when they ignored us until I had to crush the older Lord. He asked rudely if we were willing to wait for us to deepen our thoughts and give us the feeling that we would take his time. Didn't ask if we wanted drinks, wrote our order down and disappeared forward. We noticed our food lasted too long. Again, we were ignored. A few went in and sat opposite. literally 10 minutes later they get their food while we are still ignored, and so I decide to wave the waitress and ask them about our food and instead of going to the kitchen to examine, they continued serving other people drinks. I got up and decided to go. Probably they didn't even notice it. Unacceptable! If I could leave a zero, I would. I went to Rita's Cantina and enjoyed a delicious margarita and shrimp enchiladas. I tipped my server over 35% because it deserved that tip.

I have eaten here multiple times. Every time i have noticed that another table has gotten served before me . Usually every time the other table has been of Asian descent. The food is good however the service is terrible. When asked why another table was served before us the waiter didn?t know wat to say and when taking out order seemed upset and was rude.After paying we still were hounded for the tip. We left 18%. We left a tip but not good enough Tip for Wally . Over all the food is good but it?s unfortunate the service just ruins your time and makes u want to leave and not gamble in the casino because your so upset.
