Black&blue Steakhouse - Valley Center

First and foremost, Chris, the manager, was incredibly gracious and accommodating. He noticed that we weren’t fully satisfied with the first table available, so he arranged for us to move to a better one. He was everywhere, from managing the front of the house to assisting with bus duties and checking in on every table – he truly never stopped! Mystique and Luciano were excellent stewards, taking great care of our table. Our server, Mel, was a joy; he was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal, although my salad was served last. I had requested my main course first and wanted my salad to arrive with my husband’s entree. Nevertheless, he let us savor our meal and enjoy our time together. Now, about the food – it was simply amazing! Everything was exquisite! The Seafood Opulence was incredibly fresh, and the porterhouse steak was melt-in-your-mouth delicious (I highly recommend adding the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts). The Lobster Tower was light and refreshing, making for a perfect starter; and the Risotto... oh my, the Risotto! It was bursting with flavor and comfort, evoking all the feelings of a truly fantastic dish. If I could, I would give this experience 10 stars! Great job, everyone!

We had an amazing culinary experience at the restaurant. The waiting staff was exceptional; everyone was highly trained and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. Our server took our order without writing anything down and flawlessly repeated it back to us. We were seated next to the cold plate and dessert preparation areas, which allowed us to see nearly every dish on display.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Black and Blue. The ambiance offers a refreshing escape from the usual sounds of slot machines. The food is exquisite, featuring organic coffee, delightful desserts, and an impressive menu. The lobster mac and cheese was particularly tasty. We also enjoyed the ribeye, jumbo shrimp, potatoes, and sea bass, all of which were excellent. The service was outstanding, with attentive hosts who made our visit even more enjoyable!

This place has the best 3-course dinner deal. The whole meal was delicious and the service was great. I highly recommend for a date night or if you just want to enjoy some great food and drinks. The bartender made excellent drinks

We went to Black Blue for our 31st Wedding Anniversary and the FOOD was amazing. The steak melted in your mouth. The Ice Tea was a special treat. We will be going back for sure.
