Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Vallejo

I won't be returning to this restaurant during a heatwave. It was 100 degrees inside, and I had to wait outside for my order because it was actually cooler there. Are they too cheap to run the air conditioning?

I absolutely love the food here! Whether it’s spicy or mild chicken, my kids can’t get enough of it.

The small side of beans and rice was excellent. The chicken met my expectations. However, I was quite disappointed with the biscuits and mac and cheese. The biscuit seemed overworked; it didn't rise and ended up hard like a disc. The mac and cheese had some kind of red film on it, and I couldn't tell if it was a spice or if it had been overcooked. Overall, it was disappointing. I hadn’t had Popeyes in two years since moving here from the Midwest.

I accidentally hit the wrong store for a mobile pick-up order. The manager Victor at the Springs Store honored my meal after communicating with the Sonoma Store. I'm grateful I didn't have to drive for my meal anymore. Thank you. This is the service!

It takes a long time. Only roasted chicken in the area. It's always worth it
