Nation's Giant Hamburgers - Vallejo

Nation’s in Vallejo has very friendly and helpful staff who do their best to rush everyone’s orders in this usually very busy location. Food is great and you can choose to buy smaller portions for breakfast if you want to be healthy. Great prices, delicious food, cooked quickly and served courteously. Premises are kept very clean for such a low price eatery.

BAD, BAD, BAD service!! Rude staff at counter on phone would not even look at you, make eye contact or give a nod to people in line waiting to order. We ordered Cheeseburger, chili hot dog, milk vanilla milk shake. When order ready, they took our receipt away and did not give the milk we had ordered and paid for. When we went back requested our milk, they made us pay for it again and gave us a glass of lukewarm milk that was obviously not properly refrigerated.They did not provide utensils for the chili and after my fiance waited patiently for 5 minutes and was ignored by the person behind the counter i got up, walked over and said “EXCUSE ME” very loudly to get the attention of the three other people behind the counter and finally managed to get some utensils after complaining about being ignored. A panhandler came in twice trying to shake down customers for change and in the time it took to get our food, the utensils and eat the food that was by then cold, two other customers were filing complaints about their orders, which were incorrect. To sum it up: non-existent to crappy service. Rude employees who obviously don’t care about the customers. Crackheads wandering through shaking down customers. Oh, yeah… to top it off, a bathroom that looked smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks! So NOT going back there ever again!

A definite upgrade in service and food since the remodel. The ladies behind the counter are hardworking and fast. Only minus is that they need to have a dedicated person to answer the phones. Having one person switching between the phones and walk in orders slows down the process. Otherwise, nice plus for Vallejo.

You can never go wrong with a grilled chicken hamburger and grilled onions with fries and slice of custard of banana cream pie.so

I loved my nations bacon burger with grilled onions...it was humongous
