This is the best sushi in Solano County! The portions are just right and exceptionally flavorful. The menu features such creative dishes with fresh fish.

New favorite! The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the ingredients are always fresh. The prices are very reasonable, and there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!

Matsuri has strengthened her game in recent years. The M M M roll with truffle oil is amazing, the flaming dragon roll has a great presentation and the lobster lover role is delicious. This is our way to Vallejo Sushi.

This was my first time eating at a sushi place. I was very amazed at how friendly the chef was to us. He interacted with nearly all the customers. It made for great entertainment with really good fresh sushi.
